.I use to love going to Duffys. Now it s like they don t even care about the customers. This order I have right now is pathetic. My onions rings are hard and burnt. The fish tasted like it was very old it was very cold and rubbery. When I called to tell them about it the MANAGER expected me to drive all the way back from home to get another order or a refund. They have lost me as a customer.

When I worked near duffys I would order food frequently. Everything is awesome. The servers are nice. Plus the 50s theme is pretty cool.

I didnt know it was possible to make gumbo with no okra or any other vegetables. One would expect bad gumbo in China or New York where they dont know any better, but not in south Louisiana! Runny gravy with just sausage, chicken, and 80% rice.

I usually love to eat here. The burgers are the best! Super disappointed this visit though. We waited 30 mins for our food and had to eventually get it to go. I got roast with rice. The rice was undercooked. It is a big pet peeve! My husband got the fried pork steak and he was not satisfied with it at all. Duffys did not deliver this time. Staff is still very nice and facility is clean and interesting.

Parking lot was PACKED when we arrived. Seat yourself. (3for the bar it is) Nice young man was our waiter. Food was magnificent! I had the fresh shrimp poboy, wife had a salad and son had the club sandwich. AWESOME, PERFECT, DELICIOUS and had to get to go boxes! Lol. The 50s theme was awesome! (Pics) LOVE IT! Little bit of a rough start, but finished strong. I always have to stop by at least once on my visit to Abbeville. Its just a short drive to New Iberia for some really good food. The French bread in Louisiana is like no other. The poboy is a must.

We typically enjoy Duffys but tonight we called at 8:19 pm to place order for pick up. Call got put on hold and picked up at 8:25 pm I ordered the family bucket but was told they could not cook chicken passed 8:30pm because they close at 9:00pm. It really doesnt make sense and not good customer service. I am posting in hopes that the manager and/owner can address with their employees. Food is usually good and weve been pleased in the past prior to this incident.
